January 18, 2021 UPDATE:
Thanks for always rolling with the challenges through this Covid season!
We will require masks to enter and exit the facility as well as ask everyone to wear masks during their workout to the best of their ability but not to their detriment.
JANUARY 4, 2021 UPDATE:
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL! We want to get this year started off on the right foot and will remain closed until January 18th, 2021.
We are so close to being on the other side of Covid being so rampant and it is in all our best interest to remain closed for two more weeks for the safety of everyone.
This gives any new cases time to flush out and also gives the opportunity for some members to get the vaccine. We have been diligently fogging the studio daily for everyone’s continued safety, too.
Hang in there, normalcy is coming!
JUNE 15, 2021 UPDATE:
Nothing is more important to us than the well being of our members and instructors.
The Studio is open with classes. Senior Class Schedule has changed to accommodate smaller class size due to social distancing requirements.

Members should pre-register for classes to ensure we are prepared for social distancing guidelines. Please contact the studio at 850-362-8222 if you’ll be attending classes.

Staying Strong Stability and Strength
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to improve muscle strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a rubber bouncy ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.
Staying Strong Cardio Interval
The interval workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a rubber bouncy ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.
Staying Strong Yoga
Gentle sequences of yoga poses both seated and standing that help improve flexibility, range of motion, and balance. Finish with restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation.
